This is one of the latest missions from the group Improv Everywhere, the same folks who brought you the Food Court Musical and Frozen Grand Central Station. This time they decided to throw a surprise wedding reception for a random newly married couple coming out of city hall. The result is really cute and the couple looks super happy the entire time.
